Ridesafe
A 3-in-1 safety device for motorcyclists, built by a small crew of engineers and riders. We shaped the brand and product story behind it, from the first pitch to the people who would wear it.

The brief
Safety you'd actually wear
Riders don't adopt gear that slows them down. The product had to feel like part of the ride, not a compromise.
Hardware is hard
A 3-in-1 device needed a clear product story: what it does, why it matters, and who it's for.
Convince the money
To get built, Ridesafe had to win investors as much as it had to win riders.
What we did

Brand & product identity
A brand that reads as safety without the fear: confident, clear, and made for the road.
Pitch & investment story
The deck and the story that helped Ridesafe raise venture capital and get the device built.

Illustration & launch
Illustration, the alerts interface, and social to bring the device to life for riders.

Our process
1
Discover
We got close to the idea: the device, the riders, and the market it was chasing.
2
Position
We found the line: safety that fits the ride instead of fighting it.
3
Build the brand
We designed the identity, the product story, and the alerts experience.
4
Raise the round
We shaped the pitch that helped Ridesafe secure venture-capital investment.
5
The honest ending
Hardware is brutal. Ridesafe eventually closed, but it raised real money and got further than most, and we're proud we built it.
Why this one mattered
Ridesafe was a real swing: a 3-in-1 safety device for motorcyclists, built by a small crew who cared about riders staying alive. We shaped the brand, the product story, and the pitch. It worked well enough to bring in venture-capital investment.
Hardware is brutal, and Ridesafe eventually closed. We're still proud of it. It raised real money, put a genuine safety idea in front of the market, and got further than most projects ever do. Some of the work we're proudest of didn't make it, and that's fine.
