This site is operated by diligentpixel, a product marketing and go-to-market consultancy based in Bucharest, Romania. By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, the honest advice is to stop reading the site, though we would rather you emailed us about what bothered you.

What the content is

Everything here is for information. Articles, case studies, post-mortems and service pages describe how we think and work; they are not professional, legal or financial advice for your specific situation, and acting on them is your call. Where a page uses numbers, we say where they come from. Some demos and experiments run on synthetic data and say so on the page.

Demos, experiments and downloads

Interactive demos and experiments are provided as they are, for illustration. They may change or disappear without notice. Downloadable material, such as our research reports, is free to read and share with attribution; do not resell it or present it as your own work.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to diligentpixel unless stated otherwise. Client names and project work shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and appear here as a record of work we did. Quote us with attribution as much as you like; do not republish whole pages or pass our material off as yours.

Forms and correspondence

Sending us a message through the contact or careers form does not create a client relationship, an engagement or any obligation beyond our intention to reply. Actual work together starts with a separate signed agreement, which then governs that work. How we handle what you send us is described in the privacy policy.

We link to outside sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data.
